UFI DIWG Develops AI Voice Assistant for Exhibition Industry

The UFI Digital Innovation Working Group (DIWG) successfully developed a functional, multilingual AI voice assistant for the exhibition industry. This proof of concept, built with minimal cost and no manual coding, was presented at the UFI European Events Week in Thessaloniki. The assistant can answer attendee questions about conference programs and speakers, demonstrating the potential of AI for event engagement.
