UFI Global Congress Session Addresses People, Culture, and Sustainable Performance

At the 92nd UFI Global Congress in Hong Kong, a session on People & Culture Insights explored how technology and empathy can foster sustainable performance in event teams. IMPACT Exhibition Management, winner of the UFI HR Award 2025, presented its digital tools for workforce management. The session also announced the evolution of UFI's HR Working Group into the People & Culture Working Group, led by Cinzia Zanin, to adopt a broader approach to people strategy.
