Volaris Brings Las Vegas Closer to Querétaro with New Direct Route

Volaris will launch non-stop service between Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas and Querétaro Intercontinental Airport on 4 December 2026, operating twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays. The northbound flight leaves Querétaro at 2.10 pm and lands in Las Vegas at 3.48 pm, while the southbound service departs Las Vegas at 5.17 pm and arrives at 10.30 pm. Querétaro becomes the airline's third Mexican destination served from Las Vegas, adding the Bajío region to existing links and expanding the city's access to international leisure and visiting-friends-and-relatives traffic. Volaris says it has carried more than 3.5 million passengers on its Guadalajara and Mexico City routes to Las Vegas since 2010. Holger Blankenstein, Executive Vice President Commercial and Operations at Volaris, said Las Vegas is home to a significant community with family, cultural and economic ties to Mexico. LVCVA President and CEO Steve Hill said the route makes it easier for families and friends to connect and opens the door for more visitors. The release did not give specific visitor volume figures for the Mexican market, and the aircraft type was not stated.
