Xi Jinping and Putin Send Congratulatory Messages to the 10th China-Russia EXPO

The 10th China-Russia EXPO opened on May 17, 2026 in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Putin each sent congratulatory messages. Xi emphasized using the expo as an opportunity to deepen all-round practical cooperation and advance the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership. Putin noted the expo has grown into the largest trade exhibition between the two countries, providing a platform for direct dialogue. The expo theme is Trust, Cooperation and Mutual Benefit, co-organized by China's Ministry of Commerce, Heilongjiang provincial government, and Russian ministries of Economic Development and Industry and Trade.
