ZenSpace Event Solutions Installs Smart Meeting Pods at Georgia World Congress Center and Moscone Center
ZenSpace Event Solutions has made permanent installations of its soundproof smart meeting pods at two of the largest US convention venues. At the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, which offers more than 1.4 million square feet of exhibit space, the pods sit in Hall B. At San Francisco's Moscone Center, with 1.1 million square feet across three halls, they are placed in high-traffic concourse zones. Pod counts were not disclosed. Each unit combines acoustic engineering with switchable privacy glass, built-in power and connectivity and wireless screen casting, and attendees reserve them through an app or QR-code system showing real-time availability. The installations target a long-standing infrastructure gap: attendees need somewhere quiet to take calls, hold meetings and prepare presentations, and exhibition halls rarely provide it. The article cites Bizzabo's 2026 State of Events Benchmark Report, which found 75 percent of organisers now prioritise immersive experiences that let attendees disconnect and focus. ZenSpace CEO Mayank Agrawal said the need for quiet private space at events is not a wellness trend but one of the most consistently documented gaps. GWCC Chief Commercial Officer Joe Borcherer and Moscone Center General Manager Leonie Patrick both framed the pods as a benefit organisers ask for.
