GulFood is recognized as the world's largest annual food, beverage, and hospitality exhibition, and one of the largest trade fairs dedicated to the food and beverage industry. Organized by the Dubai World Trade Centre, this event takes place annually in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at the Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre. It is a global meeting point for the entire food ecosystem, bringing together professionals from across the globe.

The 2025 edition saw over 5,000 exhibitors from more than 195 countries and approximately 100,000 visitors. The upcoming 2027 edition is scheduled from March 15 to March 19, continuing its dual-venue format.
