WOFEX

WOFEX (World Food Expo) is the largest trade exhibition in the Philippines for the food, beverage, hospitality, bakery, retail, restaurant, and food processing industries. It is organized by PEP Tarsus Corporation, which was founded in 2001 and became PEPTarsus Corp. in 2018 after the Tarsus Group acquired Premier Events Plus Group. In 2023, the Tarsus Group was acquired by Informa Markets, making WOFEX part of Informa Markets' portfolio of international food and hospitality shows. The upcoming WOFEX Manila edition is scheduled for August 4-7, 2027, across three venues: SMX Convention Center, SMXCITE, and World Trade Center.

The exhibition is structured across distinct sectors. At the SMX Convention Center, FineFoods (Ground Floor) features local and international food products, while FoodServe (2nd Floor) covers beverages, foodservice equipment, small kitchen equipment, and HORECA supplies. The World Trade Center showcases baking, food processing, packaging, manufacturing, handling, cold chain solutions, country pavilions, and agri food products. Past editions have demonstrated substantial scale: the 2024 edition recorded 700+ exhibitors, 72,038 visitors, and 50 countries represented; the 2025 edition had over 800 exhibitors and more than 42,000 trade visitors; the 2026 edition drew 630 exhibitors, 42,672 visitors, and approximately 51,000 attendees.

Concurrent programs enhance the event's value for attendees. These include the Hotel Summit, WOFEX University (seminars and advanced education), the Philippine Culinary Cup (a WACS-accredited culinary competition), SensoryEx (hands-on learning), the Usapang Agribiz Investment Forum (2026), Start-Ups Pavilion (2026), and WOFEX B2B Meeting (2026). Trade visitors must be 16 years old and above. The ticket price is P400 for those without complimentary invitations, and 85% of attendees are part of the purchasing decision.
