art paris is a prominent annual event dedicated to modern and contemporary art, taking place at the iconic Grand Palais in Paris, France. Positioned as the first sustainably designed art fair, it embraces an eco-design approach, reflecting a commitment to environmental responsibility within the art world. The 29th edition, scheduled from April 1 to April 4, 2027, will gather approximately 170 exhibitors from around twenty countries, with Australia invited as the guest of honor for the first time.

The fair offers a rich exhibition landscape, including dedicated sections like "Promises" for emerging galleries, "Solo Show" for individual artists, and "French Design Art Edition" showcasing contemporary decorative artworks. A new sector for 2027, "Histories," will re-examine art from the 1960s to the 1990s. The event attracts a broad audience, from art professionals and collectors, who can access a dedicated VIP program, to the general public, aiming to make contemporary art accessible to all.

Organized by ARTPARIS, the fair also hosts concurrent programs such as the "Her Art Prize," launched in partnership with Boucheron, which highlights outstanding women artists, and the "BNP Paribas Banque Privée Prize." With 87,275 visitors and 165 exhibitors from 20 countries in its 2026 edition, art paris continues to be a significant platform for artistic discovery and exchange.
