Hosted at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles – Pavilion 5, this annual event is a premier gathering dedicated to the world of chocolate and pastries. It serves as a platform to celebrate craftsmanship, facilitate the transfer of know-how, and showcase the latest industry trends, while also emphasizing the importance of producing countries. The event underscores its international reach with 18 events across 12 countries worldwide.
