Doers Summit

Doers Summit is an annual event positioned as a global meeting point for founders, operators, and investors who are actively shaping the future. Held in Dubai, UAE, this summit aims to unite ambitious entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders from Europe, the GCC, Asia, and the Global South. It serves as a platform for fostering fundraising opportunities, strategic partnerships, and overall business expansion, described as "the playground of doers" for connecting these vital players.

The event provides a dedicated Expo Zone where startups can showcase their innovations and present products and solutions. The target audience includes founders, investors, operators, and corporate decision-makers, attracting startups, scaleups, and ecosystem leaders. The 2026 Dubai event anticipates a diverse attendee mix, with projections of 30% founders, 30% operators, 20% investors (including LPs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals), and 20% corporate decision-makers. It is designed for "builders and backers across sectors" and "tech talent."

Organized by The Doers Company, the summit builds an ecosystem where "doers" connect through events and supporting technology. It evolved from the Reflect Festival, which began in 2018, expanding its mission to bring together individuals who build, fund, and scale companies across borders. The upcoming edition will feature two stages for panels, keynotes, and workshops, alongside various concurrent programs.
