EQUITA LYON

EQUITA LYON stands as a significant annual event within the European horse calendar, holding international recognition for its comprehensive dedication to the equestrian world. This event encompasses a prestigious horse show, the Longines Equita Lyon, International Horse Show, which proudly hosts four stages of the FEI World Cup, including competitions in Jumping, Dressage, Driving, and the Jumping Ponies' Trophy. Beyond competitive sports, the event provides continuous entertainment, conferences, debates, and a specially created equestrian cabaret with daily performances in the Nikito arena.

The event attracts a broad audience, including visitors, riders, breeders, owners, and horse lovers. It also caters to equine health professionals through its Health Center, which aims to inform about common animal diseases. Activities are specifically designed for children aged three to twelve, ensuring a family-friendly experience.

Organized by GL events Exhibitions, EQUITA LYON takes place at EUREXPO - Centre de Conventions et d'Expositions de Lyon, France. This extensive venue offers 150,000m² of surface area, featuring seven modular halls, an auditorium with 4,200 seats, 26 meeting rooms, seven restaurants, eight bars, and 13,000 parking places, conveniently located between Lyon city centre and Lyon-Saint Exupéry International Airport.
