MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS

MWC Barcelona is the world's largest connectivity event, organized by GSMA (GSM Association). The event is held at Fira Barcelona Gran Vía, spanning Hall 1, Hall 2, Hall 2.1, Hall 4, Hall 5, Hall 6, Hall 7, Hall 8.0 (4YFN & Partner District), and Hall 8.1 (4YFN). Connected Industries is located in Hall 4.

The event covers more than 28 exhibit sectors including 5G/6G, cybersecurity, IoT, cloud services, fintech, automotive/transport, manufacturing and Industry 4.0, digital identity/authentication, and others. In 2025, MWC Barcelona recorded 109,500 attendees from 205 countries and over 2,700 exhibitors. In 2024 there were 101,000 attendees and 2,400+ exhibitors; in 2023 there were 88,500 attendees and 2,000+ exhibitors. During the 2025 event, 500,000 high-powered meetings were held, and nearly half of the 100,000+ attendees were senior decision makers and buyers for multinational enterprises.

Concurrent programs include 4YFN, the Ministerial Programme, Sports Tomorrow Congress, Connected Industries, Summits (including the Manufacturing and Production Summit, eSIM Summit, and 5G IoT Summit), and Talent Arena. Registration is completed at register.mwcbarcelona.com; there are no onsite registration facilities. All attendees must have their ID document validated before arriving at the venue. Press and Industry Analyst accreditation applications are reviewed within 5–10 working days.
