SIRHA Budapest

SIRHA Budapest is a leading international trade exhibition dedicated to the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) and Retail sectors across the Central and Eastern European region. Organized by HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Centre, this biennial event serves as a crucial platform for industry professionals. The upcoming edition will take place from February 3 to February 6, 2028, at Hungexpo in Budapest, Hungary, fostering business connections and showcasing innovations within these dynamic markets.

The exhibition features a comprehensive range of core exhibit sectors, including the food industry, bakery, pastry, confectionery, HoReCa equipment, packaging industry, design and decoration, hygiene, and various services. It attracts a broad target audience of professionals, such as hotel and restaurant owners, chefs, confectioners, bakers, caterers, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and food industry specialists. Past editions have demonstrated significant scale, with 300 exhibitors and 22,000 professional visitors from 16 countries represented in 2022.

Beyond the main exhibition, SIRHA Budapest hosts several concurrent events that enhance the visitor experience and provide additional value. These include the Sirha Budapest Dessert Competition, the Hungarian Confectionery Championship, the International Bakery and Confectionery Competition, and the Sirha Budapest Innovation Product Competition. The event also previously hosted the Bocuse d'Or European Selection in 2022, underscoring its prominence in the culinary world. Recognized as an UFI Approved Event and AUMA listed, SIRHA Budapest maintains high international standards for trade exhibitions.
