58th Internationale Holzmesse Hosts More Than 22,000 Trade Visitors

The 58th Internationale Holzmesse ran from 2 to 5 September 2026 in Klagenfurt, Austria, where more than 500 exhibitors from around 20 nations occupied 50,000 square metres. Organiser Kärntner Messen said over 22,000 trade visitors came through the halls and that about half of them were decision-makers at their own companies. A visitor survey put forestry products and machinery at the top of the agenda, named as relevant by 49.0 per cent of respondents, ahead of sawing and drying technology at 42.2 per cent and woodworking and carpentry supplies at 37 per cent. The fair is held every two years; the next edition is set for 30 August to 2 September 2028 in Klagenfurt.
