Farm Progress Show Concludes Its Boone Edition

Farm Progress Show 2026 ran from 1 to 3 September in Boone, Iowa, with nearly 600 exhibitors and a run of new machinery launches. A debut Agronomy Zone offered guided tours of research-grade crop plots, and the Drone Zone brought a 500-by-500-foot demonstration area to Boone for the first time. Wendy Johnson of Charles City, Iowa took the inaugural Women in the Field: Producer of the Year award from four finalists. An on-site rebooking office secured 28% of 2025 paid booth space for 2027, and organiser Farm Progress launched a year-round AGTech programme. The 2027 show moves to Decatur, Illinois, on 31 August–2 September.
