IBIE

The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) is recognized as the largest and most comprehensive baking industry event in the Western Hemisphere, specifically focusing on the grain-based foods industry. This triennial event is scheduled to take place from September 9-13, 2028, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, United States. IBIE is jointly owned by the American Bakers Association (ABA) and the Bakery Equipment Manufacturers and Allieds (BEMA), with additional support from the Retail Bakers of America (RBA). All proceeds generated from this non-profit event are reinvested directly into the grain-based food industry, underscoring its commitment to sector development.

The exhibition showcases a wide array of core exhibit sectors, including production equipment and baking supplies, various ingredients (flavorings, spices, fillings, cannabis ingredients), packaging materials and systems, refrigeration and sanitation equipment, and advanced computerized technologies.
