Concurrent programs at the fair have included the "Das Goldene Weinglas" (The Golden Wine Glass) award and wine seminars. Entry to the fair without legal guardians is permitted only from the age of 18. Smoking is not allowed in the fair halls, animals may not be brought in, and photography requires the explicit permission of the exhibitors concerned.
