CIBUS, the Cibus International Food Exhibition, is a premier event for the global food and beverage industry, specifically highlighting the Italian agro-food sector and Made in Italy products. Held in Parma, Italy, this exhibition functions as a central hub for establishing and developing commercial relationships on an international scale, with a strong emphasis on innovation within the F&B landscape. It provides a dedicated platform where Italian food producers can connect with national and international distributors and other key industry players to foster new business opportunities.

The exhibition showcases a comprehensive range of Italian agri-food products. This includes local produce, fruits, various meat and deli products, dairy items, pasta, oils, and vinegars. Attendees can also explore ready meals, bakery products, health and baby products, along with specific categories like flavouring, deli trade goods, drinkables, baby wares, snacks, and both processed and fresh foods. Recent editions have introduced new thematic areas such as Made in Italy fresh fruit and vegetables, ingredients and technology for gelato and pastry, nutraceuticals, and plant-based functional products (2023).
