Food and Drinks by Detrop is an annual B2B exhibition held from November 13 to November 15, 2026, at Helexpo in Thessaloniki, Greece. This event is specifically designed to address the contemporary demands of the gastronomic lifestyle sector, showcasing the rich traditions of the Mediterranean diet alongside the latest product manufacturing techniques in the industry. It stands as the only internationally certified food and beverage exhibition in Greece, accredited by UFI – The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. The exhibition offers domestic and international producers a prime opportunity to enhance their business profile and boost export activities.

The event features a comprehensive range of core exhibit sectors, including Food & Beverage, Coffee & Tea, Food Processing & Foodservice Equipment, and Fresh Food.
