FRESKON

FRESKON is an International Trade Event for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, held annually from April 15 to April 17, 2027, at Helexpo in Thessaloniki, Greece. Organized by TIF-HELEXPO SA, it positions itself as "The Gateway of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables in the International Markets!". The event brings together professionals from the fresh produce sector, including producers, major retail chains, and companies specializing in machinery, packaging, transport, and quality control. Its primary goal is to highlight exceptional fresh products, foster trade and exports, and expand industry collaborations.

Exhibitors at FRESKON showcase fresh fruit and vegetables, organic products machinery, packaging and standardization materials, and services from transport, logistics, and quality control laboratories. The event attracts a professional audience including cooperatives, producers, wholesalers, importers/exporters, retailers, supermarket chains, and logistics firms. It also targets international retail trade groups and traders from South-East Europe. FRESKON facilitates business connections through a targeted B2B meeting program and a Hosted Buyers' Program, which brings over 120 distinguished professionals from abroad for scheduled meetings.

With a focus on facilitating international business, FRESKON has demonstrated significant engagement, including more than 2,800 bilateral B2B meetings in 2026 and over 4,550 total attendees in the same year. The event is UFI approved, underscoring its international quality standards.
